About Me
Shirley Ridgley
I was born and raised in Nebraska. After graduating from Hastings College with a B.A. in Psychology in 1977, I got married and moved to the “big city” of Denver. We have lived here since that time. I spent the next thirty years raising three daughters. In 2006, I entered graduate school at Colorado Christian University while working full-time as a surgery scheduler and obtained my Masters in Counseling Degree in 2012. I worked as a Case Manager with the Persistently and Chronically mentally ill for almost four years. I was licensed in the state of Colorado as a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2016 and began my private practice in May 2018. I am a member of the American Counseling Association.
